About Cores

Built on Experience.
Defined by the Standard.

At Cores Renovations, we provide dependable construction, remodeling, roofing, and property maintenance services throughout New Jersey. Every project is completed with expert craftsmanship, transparent communication, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Our Story

From Renovations to a Company Built for More

Ten years ago, I started Cores with renovation work. My approach was straightforward: listen closely, stay involved, and make sure the work was done properly—not simply completed.

As our reputation grew, so did the scope of the projects clients trusted us to take on. Renovations led to high-end residential construction, commercial improvements, and long-standing relationships with property managers and community associations throughout New Jersey.

HOA work became a major part of Cores because it requires more than construction experience. It takes responsiveness, organization, and an understanding that every project affects an entire community. Property managers need a partner who communicates clearly, respects residents, and can take ownership of both routine needs and complex capital projects.

Today, Cores operates across residential, commercial, and HOA construction, but my approach has not changed. I remain connected to the work, our clients know who is responsible for their project, and every decision is held to the same standard that shaped the company from the beginning.

— Corey Francisco, Founder

What I Believe

The Work Is Only One Part of the Project

A finished project can look exceptional, but the experience leading up to it matters just as much.

Clients should not have to chase their contractor for answers. They should know what is happening, what comes next, and who is responsible for moving the work forward. That is why communication, organization, and dedicated oversight are central to the way we operate.

The way a jobsite is managed also says a great deal about the company behind it. We work in people’s homes, active commercial properties, and occupied communities. Cleanliness, professionalism, safety, and respect for the surrounding property are not extras. They are part of doing the job correctly.

Why Cores Expanded

Our Clients Needed More From Us

The company did not expand simply to offer more services. It expanded because our clients continued trusting us with more of their properties.

A renovation would lead to another project. A commercial improvement would create an ongoing relationship. Property managers needed one dependable team capable of handling maintenance, capital improvements, and emergencies without coordinating multiple disconnected vendors.

That trust shaped Cores into the company it is today: experienced across different property types, but consistent in the way every project is led.

Corey’s Role

Leadership That Remains Close to the Work

Even as Cores has grown, I believe leadership should remain visible and accountable.

Our projects are supported by dedicated project managers, experienced field teams, and trusted trade partners, but I remain closely connected to the company’s work and the standard expected from every person representing Cores.

Growth should strengthen the client experience—not create distance from it. Every client deserves a clear point of contact, honest communication, and confidence that someone is taking ownership of the details.
